CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 76-539
AUTHORIZING NO PARKING ZONES
MEDICINE LAKE AREA
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the safe movement of traffic along West Medicine
Lake Road and East Medicine Lake Boulevard, it is necessary to remove parking
from said streets,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is authorized to install No Parking signs at the
following locations:
1. The west side of West Medicine Lake Road from 23rd Avenue to Evergreen Lane.
2. The east side of East Medicine Lake Boulevard from 34th Avenue to 26th Avenue.
The motion for the adoptio•. of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: FTavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold
and SpAeth
the following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
