Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a • regular meeting of
the City Council of the amity of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-538
APPROVAL OF SIGNAL LAYOUT
CSAH 6 & CSAH 154
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary plans for the
improvement of a part of Trunk Nighway No. 188 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 55
within the corporate limits of the City of Plymouth at CSAH 6 and at CSAH 154, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
Layout No. 1B S.P. 2723 (55=188) at C.S.A.H. 6 and At C.S.A.H. 154, and
WHEREAS, copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled and identified, are
also on file in the office of the City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this
resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to incorporate the
preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said preliminary plans for the improvement of Trynk Highway Number 188
renumbered Trunk Highway Number 55 within the limits of the City of Plymouth be and
hereby are approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
