Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION i76-537
APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF "PLYMOUTH CENTER" FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH (A-94)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested final plat approval of the "Plymouth
Center" located at the northwest corner of Niagara Lane and State Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS. the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of the City of Plymouth
for final plat of "Plymouth Center" consisting of the right-of-ways for Niagara Lane,
34th Avenue North and 32nd Avenue North, one lot and three outlots.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibo d and upon vote be' taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
