Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth Thing members were absent:Councilman ounce mT an Ilei s, Man Spapth introduced the following Resolution and moved EF IN op on: RESOLUTION #76-535 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR JEROME P. BEGIN FOR SANITARY LANDFILL OPERATION AT THr SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND I-494 (A-259) WHEREAS, Jerome P. Begin has requested renewal of his conditional use permit to operate a sanitary landfill at the southeast corner of County Road 9 and I-494; AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has made its recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Jerome P. Begin for a conditional use permit renewal for his sanitary landfill operation at the southeast corner of County Road 9 and I-494 subject to the following conditions: 1. No garbage. 2. No burning 3. Attendant during open hours. 4. Nightly covering with six inches of appropriate soil. 5. No toxic wastes or solvents. 6. That enforcement procedures be implemented by the City, County and Pollution Control Agency to insure that the conditions specified 'and the operation procedures called for are not violated. 7. That the permit expire on June 30, 1977 and reviewed after one year. 8. No acceptance of wood materials or trees or paper products. Resolution #16-535 Page 2 9. No removal of dirt from the site. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ' Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in f-:ir thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth The following voted against W)QUOWiCQuncilman Seibold Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
