Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of .the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
20th day of September , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 534
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHARLES A. ROBINSON
(A-506)
WHEREAS, Charles A. Robinson has requested renewal of his conditional use permit for
a home occupation to operate a transportation business at his home, 12316 -12th
Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has made recom-
mendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNEOSTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Charles A. Robinson
for a conditional use permit renewal for a home occupation to operate a transportation
business at his home, 12316 -12th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. Permit be renewed for one year.
2. Petitioner refrain from parking more than two (2) commercial vehicles on
his property at any one time.
3. No on -street parking be permitted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
