Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
20th day of September , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 533
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR FLUIDYNE ENGINEERING CORPORATION (A-673)
WHEREAS, F1uiDyne Engineering Corporation has requested a site plan amendment to
their building located at the southwest corner of I-494 and 49th Aveneu North,
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of F1uiDyne Engineering
Corporation for a site plan amendment to their building located at the southwest
corner of I-494 and 49th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. No outside storage of waste or garbage.
2. Posting of a 150% landscape bond to be termed for 18 months, prior to
issuance of building permits. Said landscape plan to be approved by the
Director of Planning and Community Development.
3. Petitioner pay a Park Dedication Fee -of $250 based on one-half acre of the
present site now under development.
4. Parking variance of four spaces be granted and no parking be allowed in the
setback areas.
5. The dedication by petitioner of a written 40 ft. easement for right-nf-way
purposes.for 49th Avenue North along the north 400 ft. of petitioner's property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
