Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
20th day of September , 1976 . The following members were
present:_Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Seibold�anddSSpaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Nei is
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 532
APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR ARNOLD PALMER RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 76-5

WHEREAS, Arnold Palmer has applied for Concept Plan approval consistent with Section 20
of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, Residential Planned Unit Development, and,
WHEREAS, said application proposes 84 units on 42 acres of land in the north half
of Section 11, Township 118, Range 22 consisting of single family detached dwellings,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff and the Planning Commission have reviewed said Concept Plan
and the Planning Commission recommends approval thereof upon conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby dues approve the Concept Plan for Arnold Palmer's
RPUD 76-5 subject to the following conditions:
1. Trail to be adjusted to the south side of the residential street as it
proceeds east from 49th Avenue North (southeast portion of the site).
2. Dedication of 50 ft. along the northern property line of the site for
trail purposes.
3. Lot area transition be incorporated to minimize reduced lot sizes along
the periphery of the site. Lots adjoining the shore of Schmidt Lake be
limited in number by the use of the following calculation: Number of
linear feet of frontage on Schmidt Lake within the plat divided by 110
ft. equals the number of accesses which will be ailowed on Schmidt Lake
by the plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
