Pursuant to due tail and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
?0th day of September , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hi_lde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neil
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 529
ORDERING INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS
CHELSEA WOODS AREA
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 11th day of May, 1976
fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed street light installation
in Chelsea Woods area, an.:
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was -held thereon on the 7th
day of June, 1976, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given the
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
May 17, 1976 providing for the installation of 17 street lights plus one additional
light adjacent to the swimming pool located at the south end of Black Oaks Lane.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as Engineer for this improvement and shall
coordinate the work with NSP.
The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibo'd , and upon vo;.e being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
