HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-528CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thei�of, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, (Minnesota was held on the the 20th day of September , 1976 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-528 APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CONTRACTUAL SERVICES FOR ZONING ORDINANCE REVIEW WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Council that it is necessary for the review of the new proposed and present Zoning Ordinances to have said ordinances, presented in legislative format; AND. WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to hire outside contractual service to accomplish the task; AND, WHEREAS, Staff has determined that the cost of this service would be approxi- mately $2,000; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the purchase of said services. FURTHER, that $2,000 be transferred from the Contingency Account (101-190-899) to the Planning Department Contractual Services Account (101-120-810) for the purchase of said services. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
