CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
13th day of September , 19 76 . The followinmembers were

The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-513
AUTHORIZING AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PLYMOUTH FIRE STATION NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the report on Plymouth Fire Station
No. 2 submitted by the Fire Station Building Committee, dated
September 8, 1976, and the preliminary plans submitted by the
architect on August 23, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the City Council hereby approves these plans and
authorizes the preparation of final plans and specifications
for Plymouth Fire Station No. 2 with the understanding that the
preliminary mechanical acid electrical design will be subject to
further review by the Council prior to the awarding of bids.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon,
