CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was eld on the
13th day of September , 19 76 The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-512
AMENDMENT TO ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 76-126 authorized an amendment
to the Architectural Services Agreement between the City and the
firm of Bergstedt, Wahlberg, Bergquist and Rohkohl for Fire
Station No. 2 for a fixed fee of $21,900, and
WHEREAS, since the execution of this Agreement substantive changes have been
made by the City in the nature and scope of the proposed building
program, and
WHEPEAS, because of these changes in the building program the architects
have requested an amendment to the current Architectural Services
Agreement to a sum in excess of $21,900 but not in excess of $25,000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into an amendment to the Architectural Services Agreement
previously approved by this Council, amending the fixed fee to
to the sum in excess of $21,900 but not in excess of $25,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in avor thereof: _Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils
The following votcu against or abstained: None
Whc-oupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
