Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, r nesota was held on the the
13th day of September , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman_ Hunt
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and wved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-510
PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO ENCOMPASS DISBURSEMENTS FOR IMPERIAL HILLS
NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council has awarded the contracts for the construction of the
Imperial Hills Neighborhood Park in the amours. of $3,500.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following:
That funds in the amount of $3,500.00 be transferred from the Park Dedication
Fund, Neighborhood Parks (Account Number 205 000 502), -to project construction
account, Imperial Hills Neighborhood Park (816 816 810 524) for said plan and
program disbursements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
