Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
13th day of September. , 19 76 . The following members were
present:_ Mayor Hilde- Councilmen Neil'
,�4paeth and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 508
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1977-1981
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1977 through 1981; and,
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning Commission as
to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and,
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public hearing
conducted on September 13, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Capital Improvements Program presented at the public hearing on
September 13, 1976, be and the same is, hereby adopted as the offical Capital Improve-
ments Program for the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _.Councilman CPihnlri , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Neils
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
