Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
13th day of September, 1976. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Neils and Seibold. The
following members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-505
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 76-381 TO
CORRECT AN ERRONEOUS LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN
CONNECTION WITH THE LOT DIVISION OF AN
EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR RING CONSTRUCTION CO.
WHEREAS, Ring Construction Co., did request a division of existing
platted parcels within the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the City Council did on the 26th day of July, 1976 adopt
Resolution No. 76-381 approving such lot division, and
WHEREAS, a certified copy of said Resolution No. 76-381 was filed
for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County,
Minnesota on August 17, 1976 as Document No. , and
WHEREAS, said resolution contained erroneous legal descriptions for
the parcels to be so divided, and
WHEREAS, this resolution is for the purpose of amending and correcting
said Resolution No. 76-381 so as to provide correct legal descriptions
for said parcels,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Resolution No. 76-381 adopted by the City.
Council on July 26, 1976 is hereby amended as follows:
1. The City Council does hereby approve the following
division of lands and the City Manager is authorized to make the
necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when
such division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcels Lot Block Addition
44352 7200 and 4 and 4 Minneapolis Industrial:
6810 part of Park
Lot 3
2. Said parcel is divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parr -1 a
That part of Lot 4 ling South of the North 308.73 feet thereof and
that part of Lot 3 lying North of a line described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Northeast line of said Lot 3, distant
75 feet Southeasterly as measured along said Northeast line from the
Northeast corner of Lot 3, thence Southwesterly along a course
perpendicular to said Northeast line of said Lot 3 to the West line
of said Lot 3 and there terminating. All in Block 4, Minneapolis
Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Parcel B
The North 308.73 feet of Lot 4, Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial Park,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spibnl(4 and upon vote being
taken thereon, the ollowing voted in favor thereof:

The following v6ted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
