Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-504
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 76-155 TO CORRECT AN ERRONEOUS LEGAL DESCRIPTION
IN CONNECTION WITH THE LOT DIVISION OF AN EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR PHILIP G. PETERSEN

WHEREAS, Philip G. Petersen, 17920 -20th Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota, did request
a division of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council did on the 22nd day of March, 1976 adopt Resolution No. 76-155
approving such lot division, and,
WHEREAS, a certified copy of said Resolution No. 76-155 was filed for record in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County, Minnesota on June 22, 1976 as
Document No. 4214524, and,
WHEREAS, said resolution contained erroneous legal descriptions for the parcels to
be so divided, and,
WHEREAS, this resolution is for the purpose of amending and correcting said Resolution
No. 76-155 so as to provide correct legal descriptions for said parcels,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Resolution No. 76-155 adopted by the City Council on March 22, 1976
is hereby amended as follows:
1. The City Council does hereby approve the following division of lands and the
City Manager is authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when such division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel

Lot Block Addition
9 2 Snyder's Lakeview
2. Said parcel is divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
Lot 9, Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview, according to the recorded plat thereof, except that
part described as follows: That part of Lot 9 lying Westerly of the extension Southerly
to the South line of said Lot 9, of the Easterly line of the Westerly 125 feet of
Lot 8 as measured at right angles to )e West line of said Lot 8, and that part

of the North 15 feet of said Lot 9 as measured at right angles to the North line of
said Lot 9, lying Easterly of said Southerly extension, Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
Parcel B
That part of Lot 9 lying Westerly of the extension Southerly to the South line of
said Lot 9, of the Easterly line of the Westerly 125 feet of Lot 8 as measured at
right angles to the West line of said Lot 8, and that part of the North 15 feet of
said Lot 9 as measured at right angles to the North line of said Lot 9, lying
Easterly of said Southerly extension, Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview, according to
the recorded plat thereof.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Moor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
