The following members were present: Mayor H�ilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils_ and Spaeth The folding members were a sent:ounce mT an -Seibold ttr* Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-503 DESIGNr„ ING POLLING PLACES FOR 1976 STATE PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS WHEREAS, a list of official polling locations for forthcoming elections in the City of Plymouth was submitted for Council approval, pursuant to Section 204A.09 of the Election Laws of the State of Minnesota; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the following polling locations for the precincts specified below are hereby approved: Precinct #1 Public Works Building 14900 - 23rd Avenue North Precinct #2 Messiah Methodist Church 17805 County Road 6 Precinct #3 St. Phillip's Lutheran Church 17205 County Road 6 Precinct #4 Birchview Elementary School 425 Ranchview Lane Precinct #5 Beacon Heights Elementary School 12315 State Highway 55 Precinct #6 Neil Armstrong Senior High School 10635 - 36th Avenue North Precinct #7 Mount Olivet Lutheran Church 12235 County Road 9 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils ', and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted in favor thereof:- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and S aeth e following voted against or a std ne : None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,k,tie ,►t# �*,.
