Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 23rd day of
-August , 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-502
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS FROM THE GENERAL FUND,
CONSTRUCTION FUND, WATER FUND AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND
TOTALLING $847,632.00 FOR THE PERIOD ENDING JULY 31, 1976
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending July 31, 1976 was presented
to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that payments of the list of disbursements for the following
funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $ 320,570.35
Construction Fund 3,383.53
Plymouth State Bank
Water Fund 17,661.97
Sewer Fund 35,091.44
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund 470,924.71
GRAND TOTALS ALL FUNDS $ 847,632.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ililde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils and Soaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
