CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
_23rd day of August , 19 76 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 499
SETTING HEARING FOR PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
LOT 1, BLOCK 1 , HADLEY HILLS
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 23, 1976 the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the cost of improving County
Road 6 by the installation of water main and all necessary appurtenances including
water main trunk facilities,
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 27th day of September, 1976 in the Council Chambers
of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass
upon the proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon with
reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two
weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the 'total cost of the
improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner
of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
