CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
23rd day of August , 19 7§ The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-498
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
18505 COUNTY ROAD 6 LOT 1, BLOCK 1, HADLEY HILLS
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of County Road 6 by the
installation of water main and all necessary appurtenances including water main
trunk facilities, and the contract price for such.improvement is $1,998.68 and that
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount
to $0.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $1,998.68 and the
City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
The cost -of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$1,998.68, which includes water area assessments.
2. The City Clerk, with the.assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without
regard to cash valuation as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspecti.on.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: -M�yor HiidP� r.nunrilman Nllnt,

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
