Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
23rd day of August , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Cnunrilman Seibold
Counci;man Nails introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adont;on:
RESOLUTION #76- 493
AFFIRMING COUNCIL RESOLUTION #75-383 REGARDING LOT DIVISION
REQUEST OF HARWOOD B. HEGGEN (A-624)
WHEREAS, Harwood B. Heggen has requested reconsideration of Condition #3 of Resolution
#75-383 to reduce Parcel A width to 125 ft.;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed petitioner's reconsideration request
and recommends Condition #3 of Resolution #75-383 remain as stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does affirm Condition #3 of Resolution #75-383
requiring a 130 ft. width for Parcel A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt -
Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
