CITY OF PL VMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day
of August 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt- introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION # 76-492
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "MISSION HILLS PARK SECOND
ADDITION" FOR MISSION WEST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (A-338)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract of
"Mission Hills Park Second Addition" as requested by Mission West Development Corp.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
Final plat hardshells shall incorporate those additional easements noted by the
July 28, 1976 Engineering Department memorandum.
2. Final plat hardshells shall reflect street name adjustments as follow:
Balsam Lane to Arrowood Lane
Cottonwood Lane to Balsam Lane
Deerwood Lane to Cottonwood Lane
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
