Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was field on the the
23rd day of August , 1976 . The following members were
present:_ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 490
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "MISSION RIDGE THIRD ADDITION"
FOR MISSION WEST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (A-338)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Mission Ridge Third Audition" as requested by Mission West Development Corporatinn;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
1. Final plat hardshells shall incorporate those additional easements noted
by the July 29, 1976 Engineering Department memorandum.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hild _ Councilmen Hunt, N ils and
ine sollowing voted against or abstained: Non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas
and adopted.
