the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he -;d on the the

The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-487
RELEASING TEMPORARY EASEMENTS OVER THAT PORTION OF VACATED EAST MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the City has obtained a temporary easement for street and utility purposes
over vacated East Medicine Lake Boulevard lying North of the South line of the Southeast
Quarter and South of the North line of the South Half of said Southeast Quarter, all
in Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, during the construction of Zachary Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, said construction of Zachary Lane is now complete and said easement is
no longer necessary;
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that temporary street and utility easements over, under, across and through
that portion of vacated East Medicine Lake Boulevard lying North of the South line '
of the Southeast Quarter and South of the North line of the South Half of said Southeast
Quarter, all in Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, is hereby released and the Mayor
and City Manager are hereby authorized and empowered to execute and deliver a quit-
claim deed so releasing said easement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Saaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dulypassedand adopted.
