Pursuant to due call ::nd notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of t;e City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
23rd day of August , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayer Hilde,Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Seihold

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 486
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "ADDIE'S WEDGEWOOD ACRES" FOR ANN FARNAM (A-679)
WHEREAS, Ann Farnum has requested approval of a preliminary plat to be known as
"Addie's Wedgewood Acres" for 5 lots on 3.2 acres at the southeast corner of
Wedgewood Lane and Vinewood Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said plat and recommends approval
with modification;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the preliminary plat of "Addie's
Wedgewood Acres" upon the folloiwng conditions:
. 1. City Engineer's recommendation be included on the final plat except that a 17 ft.
right-of-way dedication be made.
2. Petitioner pay a Park Dedication Fee of $750 to the City, i.e. $150/lot.
3. All additional sewer and water stubs required be installed at owner's expense.
4. Adjustment of lot lines for contemplated right-of-way taking to provide
for adequate lot area for all lots.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
. by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
