CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day
of August ' 19 76 , The following members were present:
Mayor Mae, LOunciimeh Hu'n's; Neils and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: Councilman Seibold__
Councilman Hunt- introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 485
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT EXTENSION FOR TEMPORARY OFFICE STRUCTURE FOR
DEVAC, INC. (A-216)
WHEREAS, DeVac, Irc. has requested a conditional use permit for parking a trailer
adjacent to thei. plant as a temporary office space structure for an additional
DO day period;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does grant a conditional use permit to DeVac,
Inc. for parking of a trailer adjacent to their plant as a temporary office space
structure for an.additional 90 days subject to the following condition:
1. Conditional Use Permit extension expires November 15, 1976 with the
clear understanding that no renewal or further extension will be
granted.
The motion for the adopt":)n of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 ow ng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The Mollowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
