Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day
of August , 19 76 . The following members were present:

APPROVING CONDITIONAL, USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR CAROL A. BROMAN (A-367)
WHEREAS, Carol A. Broman has requested renewal of her conditional use permit to
operate a beauty shop in her home at 4055 Glacier Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, The Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recom-
mends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does grant the request of Carol A. Broman to
renew her conditional use permit to operate a beauty shop in her home at 4055 Glacier
Lane subject to the following conditions:
Conditional Use Permit be for one year.
2. Beauth shop operation be limited to one beauty operator, i.e., petitioner.
3. No signs be permitted on the exterior of the building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo a in favor thereof: Mi-yor ildde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
