Cou%ilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and movedtis p ion: RESOLUTION NO. 76.479 SETTING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 603 NATHAN LANE FROM 45TH -1-1 49TH AVENUE WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 16; 1976, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the cost of improving Nathan Lane between "Eth Avenue and 49th Avenue by the construction of rural section bituminous street and all necessary appurtenances, WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that -uch proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk fur public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CIT,' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 27th day of September, 1976 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon the proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon with reference to such assessment. 2. The City:Clerk is hereby.directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed rotice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, ine roiiowing voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly t** and "I
