The following members were present: Maynr Hildg,_Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-478 SETTING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 521 OLIVE LANE UTILITIES WHEREAS, by a resolution of the Council passed on Augusts 16, 1976, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving Olive Lane between County Road 6 and 19th Avenue North by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main and bituminous streets and all necessary appurtenances including previously installed trunk water main facilities, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such.proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; 1. A hearing shall be held on the 27th day of September, 1976 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at leas"two weeks Prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improve+seat. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon ?ate being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _ki vor hilde. Councilmen Hunt, —Neils and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
