The following members were ails and Spaeth Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 474 SETTING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 417 IMPERIAL HILLS SIXTH ADDITION WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 16, 1.976 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the co§t of improvingn-. 24th Avenue North and T.H. 101 in Imperial Hills 6th Addition by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, 7 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances including previously constructed trunk water main facilities. WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 27th day of September, 1176 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least -two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by fnunvilman Runt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:May'or Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth The follow ng voted against or abstained: _None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
