The follcaing members were present: ollv:iing mem.ners viere aosen:: �rar Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and Eovad its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-473 SETTING DATE FOR A HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 416 CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION WHEREAS, by resolution passed by the Council on August 16*, 1976 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving Xenium Lane from approximately 1300 feet south of the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks to the new alignment of County Road 15 as shown on the plat of Carlson Companies Addition; on 13th Avenue North between Xenium Lane and Peripheral Road; on Berkshire Lane between the new alignment of County Road 15 and '11th Avenue, all shown on the plat of Carlson Companies Addition by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, 9 tdn bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances including the water line on 13th Avenue between Berkshire Lane and Peripheral Road and trunk facilities WHEREAS, -the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW TPIREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 27th day of September, 1976 in the City -Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to ' pass upon 'tuc'h proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning propet�ty affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at,least two weeks prior to the - hearing and the Clerk shall state in the ntoice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adaption of the fore;::ing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt •, and upon vote being taken thereon, the vo:ea in savor tneree;:Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth '.
