CITY Of PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
16th day of Auqust 19 76 . The following members were

Cnun�ijman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 1'10. 76-465
APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSES
11HEREAS, applications for Small Disposal System Licenses from the folloiwng
have been presented to the City Council for approval, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth Code:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Small Disposal System Licenses be approved for
the above applicants for a period to expire April 30, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byrniinrilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor H:lde, Councilmen Hunt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
