CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
16th day of Auust 19 76 . The following members were

The following members were absent: Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth
Co n ilman 4unt introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-463
AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF $10,000 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND SURPLUS FOR THE SHADE TREE DISEASE
CONTROL PROGRAM OF 1976
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has treen experiencing a rapid increase in the
incidence of Shade Tree Diseases; and
WHEREAS, the City Council had directed the City staff to establish a removal
and disposal program for diseased trees on City property; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the appropriation of $10,000 from
the General Fund Surplus For this removal and disposal program for diseased
trees on City property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBt RESOLVED BY THE CITY CCU'ICIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City stLff is hereby authorized to use $10,000 from the
General Fund Surplus for the rer:;val and disposal of diseased trees on City
property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: _ None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
