AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR STREET
LIGHTING
WHEREAS, a contract has been
let for the. operation and maintenance
of street lighting

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted it Favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Neils
And the following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

by the installation of street lights
and the total cost of operation and maintenance
is $ 15,581.40 and of this cost
the City will pay $0.00 as its share of
the cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be
specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $ 15,581.40.
2. The City Clerk with the assistance
of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially
assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of
land within the district affected, without regard
to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the office
of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of
such proposed assessment, notify the Council
thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted it Favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Neils
And the following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
