Imperial Hills 4th Lots 12-15, Block 1; Lot 1, Block 8 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted it Favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Neils And the following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 15,581.40. 2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted it Favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Neils And the following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
