The following members were present: Mavor Hi_1_ Councilmen Hunt and Neils The following members were absent:- Councilmen Seibold and SpaetL ouncilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and M07 ,ts adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 462 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 415 21ST AND KILMER LANE WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of 21st Avenue from Lancaster Lane to Kilmer Lane and Kilmer Lane from 21st Avenue to 19th Avenue by the installation of water main, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances and for previously constructed trunk water main facilities and the contract price for such improvement is $ 18,000.00 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 4,682.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 2B,632.00 and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the cost, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 22,682.00. 2. It is further determined that the following charges for water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities for the above referenced project shall be applied to the existing land use zoning: WATER AREA CHARGE Residential $250/per z acre or dwelling unit Commercial -Industrial $750/per acre 3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 4.
