Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
6th_ day of August , 19 76, The following members were
present: Mavnn-Hilde—Councilmen Hunt and Neils
The following members were absent:
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-452
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. i
PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1
to C.O. Carlson Air Conditioning Company for their work on the exhaust system at .
the Public Works Building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
