CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on the
16th day of Aunust , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor. Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Neils

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-449
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 7
PROJECT NO. 514 GREENTREE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 7
in the amount of $ 18,064.15 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for Project No. 514,
Greentree West Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: lKavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: — None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
