Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ' regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-446
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
1976 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared covering the construction of 23rd
Avenue and the Service Drive for access to the water treatment plant.
WHEREAS, the Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 2,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUT;i
MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $9,292.92 to Hardrives, Inc.
for the 1976 Street Improvement Project is hereby approved and that the revised
contract amount is $9,292.92.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by-1
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained: Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
