The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hurt and Neils The following members were absent: Councilmen Seibold an37paeth �t rauqrIlffen Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 440 ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES 19TH AVENUE NORTH AND MERRIMAC LANE WHEREAS, this Council prohibited parking in certain areas adjacent to 19th Avenue North and Merrimac Lane by Resolution No. 75-395, and Resolution No. 76-347, WHEREAS, residents and a business in the vicinity of 19th Avenue North and Merrimac Lane are continuing to experience inconvenience by cars parked during various hours of the day and night, WHEREAS, the staff has reommended designation of additional no parking zones as a solution to this problems; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the following areas be Posted "No Parking at Any Time"; the north and south sides of 19th Avenue from Merrimac Lane to approximately 200 feet west thereof; on the east and west sides of Merrimac Lane from 19th Avenue to approximately 300 feet north thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: —Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt and Neils The following voted against or abstained: Nnnp Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pLssed and adopted. � +tom �rir
