CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 'regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
16th day of August 191. The following members were
present: Mayor H lde Councilmen Hunt and Npils
The following members were absent: Councilmen Sei6nld and tpo+ti
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-439
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
MISSION RIDGE SECOND ADDITION STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers, as developers of the Mission Ridge Second Addition
have submitted a petition requesting the installation of ornamental post top street
lights in the Mission Ridge Second Addition and this report was received by the
Council on August 16, 1976,
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers is owner of 100% of the propehty affected by the
proposed improvement and have submitted a waiver of hearing
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA :
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council resolution adopted
August 16, 1976.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as Engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work with NSP.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing kesolution was duly seconded
by Mayor HildP , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hildp. rounds man U -int

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
