The following members were present: Tee foifoow ft mem ers were a sen ounc lmen Seibold and 5paeth ttr rr* � Councilman_ Hunt_ introduced the following Resolution and moved s a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 76-437 ACCEPTING BURROUGHS CORPORATION BID FOR AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $79,641 WHEREAS, the City Council, on June 21, 1976, approved the recommendations of its Computer Consultant and Finance Director to solicit new proposals for automatic data processing equipment, and WHEREAS, bids were received on July 29, 1976, responsive to the City's proposal, from Burroughs Corporation in the amount of $78,841 and Radix Corporation in the amount of $83,207, and WHEREAS, the City's Computer Consultant has recommended acceptance of the Burroughs Corporation bid with the substitution of two TD800 display systems for an additional cost of $800, for a total price of $79,641. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the recommendation of the Computer Consultant, as contained in his report dated August 12, 1976, be and the same is hereby accepted, and FURTHER that the City does acquire the computer data processing system as recommended, at a total cost of $79,641. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Neils The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
