Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day
of August , 1976 . The following members were present:

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N76- 436
HIRING CONSULTANT PLANNER FOR DESIGN OF CENTRAL PARK AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT AND ALLOCATION OF FUNDS BY CITY FOR CENTRAL PARK DESIGN
WHEREAS, theCity of Plymouth has solicited proposals from various planning firms for
professional services in the design of a major community park;
AND, WHEREAS, the selection committee has reviewed the proposals submitted and recom-
mended three firms to the Council for review;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has interviewed the three firms for this undertaking;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the firm ofsa ry ces.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
