CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a " special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
9th day of August . 19_2fi_. The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-433
PERMISSION FOR SEWER AND WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Minnetonka is contemplating the construction of sanitary
sewer, water main, and bituminous street surfacing on what is called Ridgemount
Avenue west from County Road 15 to approximately Black Oaks Lane,
WHEREAS, this street lies within the City of Plymouth on the southern boundary
adjacent to the City of Minnetonka,
WHEREAS, the City of Minnetonka has requested through their consulting engineer in
a letter dated August 4. 1976 for permission to construct said utilities and streets
within the.existing easements lying within the City of Plymouth adjacent to the City
of Minnetonka,
WHEREAS, the cost for said improvement will be borne entirely by the City of Minnetonka,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA- that iermission is hereby granted to the City of Minnetonka to construct
sanitary sewer. grater main, and bituminous street restoration on what is called
Ridgenount Avenue west from County Road 15 to Black Oaks Lane on the existing easements
on the following parcels:
Plat 43732 - Parcel 2800 Plat 43732 - Parcel 8640
as shown or, Exhibit A,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that is the City's understanding the entire cost will be borne
by the City of Minnetonka.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Myor Hil& rnunrilwn Seibold aha Spaeth
