Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76� 431
RESOLUTION REQUESTING REACTIVATION OF THE
CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, the 1974 audit of the City of Plymouth reflected a Construction Fund
balance of $855,393 which balance could not reasonably be identified
as to specifically completed construction projects, and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the liquidation and transfer of the entire
fund balance of said fund to the Special Assessment Bond Funds for the
years 1965 and 1966,
WHEREAS, the intent of the auditor was to transfer only those surplus funds that
were associated with the bond funds and retain the construction fund
with a balance of $75,393 to cover the cost of those projects not
associated with any bond fund,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth -
that Resolution No. 75-540 is hereby amended to transfer to the City's
Special Assessment Bond Funds as follows:
1965 Special Assessment Bond Fund $ 8,000
1966 "A" and "B" Special Assessment Bond Funds $ 772,000
