Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on a 2nd day of
August

Introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 76-427
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 302 WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. covering the following changes: 1) Installation of differential
pressure control; 2) Painting in lieu of placing quarry tile on the top of the concrete
filter bases; 3) Revision of the motorized filter effluent valves; 4) Installation
of stainless steel electrical disconnects in the chemical room 5) Installation of circuit
breaker disconnects and alternator for standby air compressor; 6 Electric service from
the water treatment plant for pomphouse #4; 7) Deletion of the rotometer on the air
blower; 8: Extension of the electrical service from the plant to the power company's
transformer; 9)Installation of a larger size circuit breaker and starter for motor
on the rle ar water return pump; 10) Installation of orifice plate for backwash rate
control valve; and 11) Installation of an air bleed for the fluoride and potassium
permanganate feed systems.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 3.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $4,358.53 to Berglund -Johnson. Inc.
for Project No. 302, Water Treatment Plant is hereby approved and that the revised
contract amount is $1,399,946.53.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
