CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a me meeting of
the City Council of the City of F?ymouth, MT nesota, was held on the
2nd day of Aunust , 1976 . The following members were

RESOLUTION NO. 76- 424
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
STREET LIGHTING FERNDALE NORTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 12, 1976, a report
has been prepared with reference to the improvement of the Ferndale North Addition
by the Installation of custom residential street lighting and this report was
received by the Council on August 2, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the owner of 100% of the property has waived his right to public improvement
and special assessment hearings,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners
of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the impro,ow t.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
July 12, 1976. Tho petitioner has waived his rights to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owil ng voted in favor thereof: 7layor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Tleils abStaine
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
