Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a' meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minneso a, was held on the
2nd_ day of August , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mavor.Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

RESOLUTION NO. 76- 422
ACCEPTING UTILITIES FAZENDIN PARK 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, Roger Fazendin, as developer, has platted the Fazendin Park 5th Addition
and therein dedicated certain streets and pursuant to certai, provisions of the
City Ordinances and Development Contract No. A-220, dated April 19, 1976, have undertaken
to construct certain utilities within said plat, and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the City accept said utilities within
said plat, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has Inspected said utilities,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the City accept for continual maintenance the sanitary serer, water
main and storm sewer construction within the Fazendin Park 5th Addition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the payment to the contractor as requested by the
developer in his letter of July 26, 1976 is approved by the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ro�nci7man Hun_ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
