The following members were present: MMa�vvnn , Se_ihnld and SRaath The o ow ng me 'ers were a sent: None rt,r�r f� Mia o_r Hilde introduced the followin: Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-419 AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH SHENANDOAH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, QUALITY HOMES. AND FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF MINNEAPOLIS WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report of July 30 has recommended that the Council enter into agreement with the Shenanc!oah Development Corpora- tion, Quality Homes, Inc. and First Federal Savings and Loan Associa- tion of Minneapolis, by the terms of which the City will undertake to complete certain improvements within the Shenandoah Second Addition, and WHEREAS, this agreement has been reviewed by this Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and City Manager be and the same are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the agreement by and between the City of Plymouth, Shenandoah Development Corporation, quality Homes, Inc. and First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Minneapolis as recommended by the City Manager. 'he motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the �YWng voted to favor thereof: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. The o owing vote against orabstained: None — Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
