Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, wfsefeM on t e 2nd day of

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-417
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR LITTON INDUSTRIES
(A-527)
WHEREAS, Litton Industries has requested a division and consolidation of existing
platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and consoli-
dation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assess-
ment corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation are
approved by Hennepin County:

To be divided and consolidated as follows:
Parcel A
Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 1 Litton Addition; AND that part of Lot 3, Block 1,
Litton Addition according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows: Begin-
ning at the northeast corner of said Lot 3; there on an assumed bearing of South 0
degrees 04 minutes 44 seconds West, along the east line of said Lot 3 a distance of
308.87 feet to the angle point in said Lot 3; thence South 01 degree 16 minutes
20 seconds East, along said east line 400.84 feet to the southeast corner of said
Lot 3; thence South 87 degrees 45 minutes 47 seconds West along the south line of said
Lot 3 a distance of 110.02 feet; thence North 1 degree 16 minutes 20 seconds West
443.55 feet; thence North 87 degrees 45 minutes 47 seconds East 70.69 feet; thence
North 0 degrees 04 minutes 44 seconds East 269.25 feet to.the northerly line of said
Lot 3; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes 42 seconds East, along said northerly line,
40.00 feet to the point of beginning; AND the east 200 feet of the West 350 feet of
the North 200 feet of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
except roadway.

Litton Addition according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows: Begin-
ning at the northeast corner of said Lot 3; there on an assumed bearing of South 0
degrees 04 minutes 44 seconds West, along the east line of said Lot 3 a distance of
308.87 feet to the angle point in said Lot 3; thence South 1 degree 16 minutes
20 seconds East, along said east line 400.84 feet to the southeast corner of said
Lot 3; thence South 87 degrees 45 minutes 47 seconds West along the south line of said
Lot 3 a distance of 110.02 feet; thence North 1 degree 16 minutes 20 seconds West
443.55 feet; thence North 87 degrees 45 minutes 47 seconds East 70.69 feet; thence
North 0 degrees 04 minutes 44 seconds East 269.25 feet to the northerly line of said
Lot 3; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes 42 seconds East, along said northerly line,
40.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
