Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arequ�ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
26th day of July , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Nei7 s, Seibold and Spaeth
The follow ng mem ers were absent: None
Counpilman N i s introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-415
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
TO MC QUAY-PERFEX TO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH
"MUSIC IN PLYMOUTH"
WHEREAS, an application for an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
has been received from Douglas Baines on behalf of McQuay-Perfex,
13600 Industrial Park Boulevard, pursuant to Chapter III, Section
3, Plymouth Code, and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with "Music in Plymouth"
on July 28, 1976, or in case or rain July 29, 1976,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License is hereby approved
for Douglas Baines representing McQuay-Perfex, 13600 Industrial Park .
Boulevard, for July 28, 1976, and in case of rain July 29, 1976,
in conjunction with "Music in Plymouth", and FURTHER that the license
fee be waived.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
