HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-4140 0 CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -'r cular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of July , 19 76 . The following members were present: Mayor— H11de, Councilmen Hunt Nils Seib!?ld and Spaeth-, The following members were absent: None Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-414 AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF 23RD AVENUE WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 75-384 approved the site plan for the Public Works Building at 23rd Avenue and Niagara Lane, WHEREAS, a condition of the site plan approval called for the extension of 23rd Avenue to provide for access to the water treatment plant, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City -is authorized to provide for the construction of 23rd Avenue for access to the water treatment plant. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of said construction come from 814-814-302, and that work be done by Change Order to the 1976 Street Improvement Project, and Hardrives. Inc. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _jraynr Wilda, ,rnunrilm n Hynt, isSeibold e fo owing voted against or abstained: None - Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
